Where do I fly into and where can I get a vehicle rental?

Answer

There are two airports to pick from when flying into Montana. The first is Missoula Montana Airport, which is located in Missoula, Mt. This airport would be a 2 hour drive from the hotel/town of Kalispell. There is the beautiful Flathead Lake that you would be driving by if you decided to go with this route. The other airport option is Glacier Park International Airport, which is located in Kalispell, Mt. You would be landing roughly 30 mins from the hotel. Both airports have vehicle rental options!

Will the Vow Renewal be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be indoors. The ceremony is TBD as of right now. Depending on the weather, snow, and/or wind, it could be just outside the reception doors or it could be inside. The final determination will be decided closer to the date of the Vow Renewal.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the Vow Renewal is semi-formal attire such as cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit or dress pants with a button-up shirt for men. Please note that jeans and sneakers are not part of the dress code. Please no bright colors.

What is the weather like in Kalispell, Mt?

Answer

COLD! It can be very cold in December so you will want to dress warm. Keep in mind, that the reception will be indoors so there will be heat. I would suggest buying base layer clothing, such as a long sleeve shirt and leggings (Amazon will most likely have options!) if you plan to do any sort of sight-seeing. I think for the Vow Renewal, if you are just going from the car to inside, a good jacket will be enough.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one? What about children?

If you would like to bring someone, please check with myself or Matt prior to doing so. Children are perfectly fine to bring, please let us know if you will be bring your child(ren) just so we can finalize the guest count with the caterers.

Answer

We are having a nacho bar!
