Travel Note
It would be easiest to fly directly into Madison at MSN, but Milwaukee (MKE) and Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) tend to be much more affordable. There are buses from Chicago through Van Galder that take you directly downtown. Click the link below for Van Galder buses. Feel free to ask either of us if you have any questions!
Hotel
We have a block of rooms reserved at a rate of $159/night that are available until 4/19/18. There is the option of either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. The hotel is within walking distance of the venue and has a free shuttle to the airport, as well as free parking. Click "VIEW" below to reserve your room. House Or Rental
Feel free to use Air BNB for alternative and cheaper options for your stay in Madison! The wedding venue's location is located downtown near beautiful neighborhoods and parks. If you plan ahead, you are bound to find a cute house or apartment to stay in for the night that is also within walking distance!
Travel Note
Near the Capitol Square and Madison's Children Museum there is metered and unmetered parking spots to use. Along Dayton St. and Hamiliton St. there are metered parking options. However, a few blocks away along Pinckney St. and Gorham St. there is unmetered street parking for those who are looking for free parking options. On Friday nights and Saturdays, this residental street parking does not have time limits and is unmetered! Travel Note
There are two garages within one to two blocks of the wedding venue. There is Capitol Square Lot and Capitol Square North Garage. For Capitol Square North Garage the hourly rate is $1.20. On weekends, there is a cap with maximum fee of $8.00. If you are parking in this garage from 5:00AM on Saturday to 5:00 am on Sunday, the most you will pay $8.00. The hourly rate continues to accrue outside this timeframe.
