Served Mixed Field Green Salad with assorted dressings. Buffet dinner with entrees including Tenderloin Roquefort with a Gorgonzola Cream Sauce, Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed BBQ Chicken with Apricot and Bourbon Glaze, and Portabella Ravioli with a Sun Dried Tomato Cream Sauce. Sides include Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes, Gourmet Mac & Cheese, Grilled Asparagus, and Assorted Vegetables.

Courtesy of Madison Sourdough there will be an assortment of profiteroles and cream puffs. Wedding cake layers include a vanilla cake with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling and a chocolate cake with mocha buttercream and caramel swirl. Beverage station with regular and decaf coffee, cream, sugar, and sweetner.
