Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is FORMAL. What does this mean? For the men, we'd love you to look your best in your nicest suit (no tux required). For the ladies, the sky's the limit! Let's get fancy in your favorite formal dress (cocktail to full length-your choice). Need some inspiration or clarification? Becca pulled together a Pinterest board you can check out here: https://www.pinterest.com/bexbextrex/dress-code-inspo-formal/

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but we want our wedding to be your night off! So tell them hi from us, and that we'll celebrate with them another time.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says "and guest" then yes, choose your favorite party partner. If not, then we prefer it was just your wonderful self.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by October 1 if you will be able to join us.

Question

What COVID safety protocols will be in place?

Answer

We will be requiring everyone who attends our wedding to be fully vaccinated. Thank you so much for understanding that guest safety is the most important thing to us! If you decide not to attend because of this requirement we will miss having you there. Please let us know by declining when you RSVP.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing valet parking to all guests who want to drive.

Question

If I'm not driving, how do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is a short Uber/Lyft ride away from our 2 designated hotels. It's around a 10 minute drive door to door from the Marriott and a 15 minute drive door to door from Hotel Monaco.

Question

What is your phone and social media policy/preference?

Answer

We will be doing an unplugged ceremony but we'd love for you to share photos of our day with whoever you like! Please use #goinggodick when posting so we can experience the wedding through your eyes.

Question

What is an "unplugged" ceremony?

Answer

This simply means that we would like you to silence and put your phones away for the duration of the ceremony. We'd prefer to look at at your smiling faces rather than your screens. Plus, this way our amazing photographer will have an unobstructed view of the action.
