Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Girls, wear the flats! You will be more comfortable and that is totally what I would do ;) Especially because you will be standing for the 20-30 minute ceremony.
