Flight

Kamloops Airport, YKA. About 45 mi WSW of Sorrento

YKA is the closest airport to the venue area. It is about an hour drive, and we will be working to coordinate guests' arrivals close together so that we can assist with transportation. We recommend Air Canada, as they appear to have the best prices and the bride has flown with them nearly every year since she was little and has never had an issue.

Shuttle

We will be providing transportation for guests to/from the wedding

June 25, 2022 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The venue does not have enough parking for guests, and we also want guests to be able to freely enjoy the bar without concern of driving so we will be providing transportation. There will be a few different times for leaving the venue to accommodate guests. The times are not yet locked down and are subject to change.

Hotel

Prestige Harbourfront Resort, Bw Premier Collection

We have created a hotel block with ~15% off room prices for guests, call the front desk (1-250-833-5800) and book under the Kastner-Baggarley Wedding block. We are encouraging guests to book their rooms quickly, as payment is not due until check-in, and you are free to cancel your reservation up until 24hrs prior to check-in. We will be providing a shuttle service to/from the wedding and pick up/drop off will be at this location-this does not apply to those that have coordinated to stay at the cabins, there will be a shuttle for you there.
