Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

September 20, 2021. Kindly respond by returning your RSVP card (included in your formal invitation) marked with either the “accept” or “decline” option. If you are planning to attend, don’t forget to choose a meal option!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We want our guests to be able to enjoy the evening without cares or responsibilities!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. As much as we would love to accommodate everyone we would like to keep the wedding intimate.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire. Ladies should wear a floor-length gown or a fancy cocktail dress, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Unless your invitation states that you will have a guest, there will not be any other “plus one” invitations extended.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking will be available at the church at no charge. Parking at the reception will incur a cost of $15 for self-parking and $23 for valet parking plus tax. In order to receive the discounted rate at the hotel you will need a voucher. Vouchers can be found at the bar inside the Venetian Ballroom.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. Ramps and/or elevators are available at all locations.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, please see the “travel” section of the website for additional information as space is extremely limited.

Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

We understand that COVID-19 is very much a reality and a concern for our guests. We are monitoring the situation with safety and sanitation as our utmost priority. We encourage all guests to get vaccinated to protect themselves. We understand if you are not able to attend over concerns regarding the virus, we just ask that you RSVP with the “decline” option.

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

Email is a great way to get ahold of either of us! Please email any questions to joshandbectietheknot@gmail.com
