Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do--but we want this night to be your night off! We'll celebrate with them at another time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire. Whip out your party shoes and fancy pants (and dresses) for the wedding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest(s) formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP and on the invite!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

February 15th! Please let us know if there is a circumstance that requires a few extra days...we have to have a final count shortly after this!

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "No." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at The Ruth. Attendants will be present to direct you. We also recommend Uber/Lyft, as the venue is in a convenient location in Charlotte near Uptown! Our Welcome Party is in Huntersville and Uber/Lyft can easily get there as well, however, you may wish to try to carpool with other guests if you can! There is parking at the Golf Club too.

Answer

Yes! Check our Schedule and Things To Do pages to see what other activities there are in Charlotte/surrounding areas. If you are staying around Charlotte for the weekend, we'll be updating the pages with our plans for after the wedding as we get closer!
