Fly into Pasco Airport. The hotel we will have room blocks at is nearby, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle from the airport and Amtrak station. PDX and SEA are both about 3 hours away and the winters can snow pretty heavily in those areas, so we may not be able to drive back and forth to pick up multiple guests. GEG (Spokane) is only about 2 hours away but again, it can snow pretty heavily in that area. All airports have car rentals, but only do so if you are comfortable driving in the snow/mountains.

Or You can book on www.redlion.com/Pasco Book by 12/07 for the flat rate. There are other hotels nearby, I.e. Days Inn, Best Western, Hilton Garden Inn, La Quinta, Comfort Inn, Marriott, etc. it may be possible to find good deals on Booking.com or Travelocity and such. Best to stay in Kennewick or Pasco.
