What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal. Ladies, think dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Gentlemen, suits or dress pants with a button-down are perfect. The ceremony will be outdoors, so please plan accordingly.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream save those shades for the bride! If you need some inspiration think fall, the venue is in the woods on the side of the mountain surrounded by the beautiful fall foliage.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Mid-November in Huntsville typically means crisp fall weather! You can expect highs around 55–65°F and lows dipping into the 35–45°F range, especially in the evening and since the venue is on the mountain, it can feel a few degrees cooler. We recommend bringing a jacket or wrap for the evening, and ladies, a shawl or pashmina is a great idea!

Can I bring a plus one or date?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we've decided to make this an adults-only celebration as we are having smaller intimate wedding and want to make sure all of friends and family are there. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements!

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! A full dinner will be served during the reception.

I have dietary restrictions, can you accommodate me?

Absolutely! Please note any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to make sure you're taken care of.

What is the drink situation?

Answer

The drinks are on us tonight, there will be an assortment of beers, wine, and seltzers available. There will also be two surprise pre-batched cocktails available.

Where should I park?

Free parking is available on-site at the venue. We recommend car pooling and having a designated driver.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Please put away phones and cameras so our photographer can capture every moment. Feel free to snap away during the reception!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Huntsville can be a little unpredictable with the rain. In the event it rains there is an indoor venue the ceremony will be moved too but the reception is indoor and on a covered patio.
