The reception is on site in a building called the “Lodge”. It is just a short walk from the ceremony location.

You are pleased to leave whenever you like, but the official end time for the reception will be at 10pm. Everyone must be off site no later than 11pm.

No, guests may sit wherever they like, as long as there is enough room on the first two rows for immediate family and grandparents.

What happens after the ceremony?

The bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about 45 minutes to an hour. There will be finger foods and beverages available in the reception building.

The restrooms are located towards the front of the venue right across from the reception building.

Yes! There will be a few options of wine and beer to choose from, but there will also be non-alcoholic drinks available.

Can I smoke cigarettes?

Yes. There is a designated smoking spot outside under a small tent. Please dispose of cigarettes properly. Do not throw them on the ground.

Yes, but only outside.

Are children allowed?

Yes! This is a family/family-friends event. Your children are more than welcome to come. There is a play area outside for them, and there will be activities (like coloring) for them to do during the reception.

Only if the bride or groom previously stated that you may bring a Plus One. If they did not say you could bring a guest, please don’t.

Yes. There will be people guiding you as to where to park exactly, as there isn't a designated parking lot.

Can I take pictures/videos and/or post them on social media of your wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! Be sure to tag us using our hashtag #beautyandabrock. There will also be disposable cameras on the tables at the reception. Take as many photos as you like from your perspective. Please refrain from taking any inappropriate pictures.

The ceremony starts at 6:00 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior so that you may have time to park your vehicle, or in case you get lost trying to find the venue.

Absolutely! We encourage our guests to let loose and have fun!

We are registered at Target —-> Go to Target’s website, find “Registries”, Type in “Taylor Hibbitts” and choose “Wedding” for the type of registry.

Can I just tell you I'm coming?

Answer

No, we encourage all of our guests to RSVP whether you plan on attending or not. It makes it easier for us to count all the guests that are attending so we can make sure there is enough seating to accommodate.

The weather in July is usually pretty hot, but since it will take place in the evening, it should be cooler

No, there will small gifts for every guest available on the tables for you to take in order to remember our special day!
