The reception is on site in a building called the “Lodge”. It is just a short walk from the ceremony location.
You are pleased to leave whenever you like, but the official end time for the reception will be at 10pm. Everyone must be off site no later than 11pm.
No, guests may sit wherever they like, as long as there is enough room on the first two rows for immediate family and grandparents.

Yes. There is a designated smoking spot outside under a small tent. Please dispose of cigarettes properly. Do not throw them on the ground.

Yes! This is a family/family-friends event. Your children are more than welcome to come. There is a play area outside for them, and there will be activities (like coloring) for them to do during the reception.

Absolutely! Be sure to tag us using our hashtag #beautyandabrock. There will also be disposable cameras on the tables at the reception. Take as many photos as you like from your perspective. Please refrain from taking any inappropriate pictures.
The ceremony starts at 6:00 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior so that you may have time to park your vehicle, or in case you get lost trying to find the venue.

We are registered at Target —-> Go to Target’s website, find “Registries”, Type in “Taylor Hibbitts” and choose “Wedding” for the type of registry.
No, we encourage all of our guests to RSVP whether you plan on attending or not. It makes it easier for us to count all the guests that are attending so we can make sure there is enough seating to accommodate.
The weather in July is usually pretty hot, but since it will take place in the evening, it should be cooler
No, there will small gifts for every guest available on the tables for you to take in order to remember our special day!
