There is ample parking at the hotel if you are staying elsewhere, and you may leave your car in Denver Marriott West's lot.

Shuttle to and from Woodlands

August 23, 2025 2:45 pm - 10:00 pm

There is very limited parking at Woodlands. Please keep in mind that the reception space is up in the foothills, so Lyft and Uber will not be available, and have canceled scheduled pickups from the venue in the past. Denver Marriott West is the only location shuttles will be picking up and dropping off to the venue. There is ample parking at the hotel if you are staying elsewhere, and you may leave your car in Denver Marriott West's lot. There will be an early shuttle returning to the hotel at 8:30 PM. The final shuttle will depart the venue at 10:00 PM. If you plan to drive to Woodlands, please plan to leave your car at the venue overnight, take the shuttle home, and pick up your car by 10 AM on Sunday.

For those of you flying from out of town, Denver International Airport is your best option. From there, a car ride to the hotel will take 40-60 minutes. There is also an option to take the A Line Light Rail to downtown Denver.
