At this point, we are monitoring guidelines and recommendations from the CDC in order to keep our guests safe and healthy. We will make a final decision in May on whether to postpone the festivities.
Camping will be available both nights. For the welcome picnic, we rented a group campsite called Larry Creek Group Camp that has ample room for everyone to set up a tent and nearby parking for RVs/campers (NOTE: We've reserved the Larry Creek Group Camp the 16th-18th. Please let us know if you'd like to camp here multiple nights). There are additional campsites at the Charles Waters Campground, which is about a mile from the group site. On the wedding night, folks are welcome to setup camp at Lifeline Farm, which is where the ceremony will take place. For those who prefer to stay in a hotel or vacation rental, checkout places in the Bitterroot Valley. The closest towns to wedding events are Stevensville and Hamilton. Missoula has more options, but it's a further drive. If you plan to book a place in the Bitterroot Valley, we advise doing it sooner rather than later!
We can help! Let us know what you need ASAP and we can make arrangements.
We love our furry friends, but please leave them behind for wedding festivities.
Typically mid-July days can range from the mid 70s to mid 80s. The nights cool down so be sure and pack a few warm layers!
The ceremony and welcome picnic both take place south of Missoula on US 93 in the Bitterroot Valley. Both events are about a 40 minute drive from Missoula.
We're providing dinner on Friday and Saturday night. A simple breakfast will be provided Sunday morning for those that camp or stop by to say goodbye/help cleanup.
