We worked really hard to make the RSVP process as painless as possible! Below please find the instructions on how to return your RSVP card. 1. Please write the names of all who are attending or not attending on the line. 2. Indicate whether you 'ACCEPT' (you're going) or 'REGRET' (not going) 3. Fill in the number of people attending. It CANNOT exceed the number we have already written in. 4. Simply tear the bottom portion of your invitation and drop it in the mail! 5. Please RSVP by MARCH 15th!!! Don't make us hound you down!
Formal / Cocktail Attire Leave your jeans at home and come dressed to impress! Ladies: Floor length or midi-length dresses; jumpsuits are also a great option! Need some color recommendations? Blushes, Sage Green, Golden Yellows, & Dusty Blues. Absolutely NO white, ivory, champagne, cream, or beige colors! Men: Suit up! Please wear a jacket. Vests, ties, bowties are encouraged but not required. Need some color recommendations? Black, Navy, Light Gray, Charcoal, Camel
While we love you and your kids, we want to keep our wedding (mostly) child free. The only children in attendance will be those of immediate family. Think of it as a fun night off and let loose with us!
It is really important to us to celebrate our wedding day with those who know us best and play an important role in our lives. This means we cannot provide everyone with a 'plus one.' We ask you please respect our decision and not bring a plus one unless we've specifically designated you with one. If you have any questions, please reach out!
You absolutely do not have to contribute to our online registries. We will have a welcome table with a card box and space should you want to bring a physical gift!
Please arrive at the ceremony between 4:30pm and 4:45pm. If you'd like, we will have a shuttle leaving from the Courtyard Marriott Novato hotel at 4:15pm that you may take.
Absolutely! There is ample free parking at the Courtyard Marriot Novato. The shuttle will leave for the ceremony at 4:15pm. It will leave the venue to go back to the hotel every 45mins beginning at 9PM.
Yes! Stonetree has elevators for your convenience both outside and indoors.
Do you even have to ask? haha Yes, we will have an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor. If you fancy a "top shelf" spirit that is not included, it is available for purchase! Please know that shots are NOT ALLOWED. Instead, pace yourself and enjoy the night with us!
