We have booked a room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. We chose this hotel for two main reasons; it is one of the more reasonably priced hotels in New Orleans, and it is also a minute walk away from The Windsor Court (the wedding venue). We will not be providing any transportation between the hotel and the venue.
Below is the link for the room block discounted rates (the "view" button). The block is set up for April 4th through April 7th, but if you want to book an extended stay at this rate, or have any special requests (like adjoining rooms), please contact the events manager, Tionnie Hasty, at 504-212-3730 or Tionnie.Hasty@hilton.com.
There are a limited number of rooms in the block and the cut off date is March 6, 2024. If all of the rooms are booked, please contact Sandra at 847-271-3741 so we can try to add more rooms.
