Chetzeron Hotel

Our base camp for the weekend, at 2200 meters height. To get here - take the gondola from the village to Cry d’er and then ski / walk down for 20 mins (around 1.2km). Alternatively ski touring all the way from the village, or hourly shuttle with the hotel snowcat at 6/7/8/9pm taking you directly to the hotel. The hotel only has 19 guest rooms, so only a subset of the guests will stay here. We have reserved the whole hotel for the weekend and will reach out to you separately here. As this will be our Party Central, we don’t recommend staying here for those that want a quiet night of sleep.

Alaïa Lodge

For the remaining guests, we have reserved rooms at Alaia lodge, located close to the gondola (300m) in the village. We have reserved rooms centrally (to secure enough rooms) and will reach out to you here for further information. No need to book individually

Travel from airport to Crans-Montana (Montana Gare): 2.5-3.5 hours with train - every 20-40 mins

Shuttle

Crans-Montana Village to Chetzeron Hotel

March 31, 2023 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Two options getting FROM village to Chetzeron Hotel; 1. Day time (until 4.30pm/16.30) take the gondola to Cry d’Er and ski / walk for 1.2km slight downhill - remember good shoes if you walk! Given that the reception will start at 5.30pm Saturday, guests staying in the village will need to use this mode of transportation for Saturday. For guests staying at Chetzeron, the hotel can transport your luggage from the village and up to Chetzeron hotel (or take a backpack!). https://chetzeron.ch/access-to-the-restaurant-during-the-day-2/?lang=en 2. Night time (at 6/7/8/9/10pm) Friday there will be an hourly shuttle (a snow cat) leaving from the village and going straight to the hotel (takes 20 minutes). Each snow cat will have capacity for 16 people

Chetzeron Hotel back to Crans-Montana Village

March 31, 2023 9:00 pm - 6:00 am

Friday there will be shuttles (snow cat) from Chetzeron to the village at 23/00/01 and Saturday there will be shuttles by snowcat every hour, from midnight to early morning (no time limits!). The shuttle will take people from Chetzeron hotel back to the village (foot of the gondola). Capacity of 16 people per snowcat, with two snowcats running in parallel for peak hours. Around 20 minute ride down the mountain. For Sunday morning / afternoon, guests not skiing can walk to Cry d’Er and take the gondola back down. The hotel can transport your luggage back down to the village.
