Welcome Party Shuttle

We’ve arranged a shuttle to make things easy and fun for everyone! Shuttles will run from the hotels and Lydia’s Lodge to the Welcome Party on Friday evening. No need to worry about directions or parking—just hop on and come celebrate with us! (note: the shuttles are black with camryn limo written on them )

Wedding Day Shuttle

August 30, 2025 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttles will be provided from the Hotels and Lydia’s Lodge to the wedding on Saturday. We want everyone to enjoy the day stress-free, so just catch a ride and we’ll take care of the rest! Return shuttles will run throughout the evening with early departures at 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM, and a final shuttle at 11:00 PM. (note: the shuttles are black with camryn limo written on them )

This Hotel is 20 miles from Beard Mountain Vineyards.We will have transportation from this hotel to the Franklin Estate on 8.29 for the Welcome Party & on 8.30 to the Vineyard for Wedding Day. Stay tuned for more information for transportation!

These Cabins/Lodges is 5 miles from Beard Mountain Vineyards. We will have transportation from this hotel to the Vineyard on 8.30 for Wedding Day. Stay tuned for more information for transportation!

Charlottesville Airport

This airport is 16 miles from the vineyard. If you are staying at the Double Tree hotel or the Holiday Inn, there is transportation from Airport to Hotels. If you are staying somewhere else please call Marios Cab Service (434) 989-9796 or choose to get a rental car.

Richmond Airport

This airport is about 2 hours from the vineyard. Make sure to make rental car arrangements to come into town.
