Welcome Party

5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Get ready to dress your best in Florida style! Think vibrant colors, lightweight fabrics, and a touch of tropical flair. We want you to feel comfortable while looking fabulous. Whether it’s a sundress, linen suit, or your favorite island-inspired ensemble, we can’t wait to see you bring your personal style with a Floridian twist!

Florida vibes, Virginia views! We’re bringing the sunshine state to the mountains for a coastal-inspired Welcome Party you won’t forget! Buses will be at your hotel by 5:15 PM to pick you up and get the festivities started. Enjoy cocktails and seafood bar with us at 5:30 PM, followed by dinner at 6:00 PM. Then get ready to sing, sway, and maybe even dance a little during our Dueling Piano Show from 7:00–10PM—it’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend!

Wedding Ceremony + Cocktail Reception

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

For our special day, we kindly request cocktail attire. We’d love to see you in your chic and sophisticated best—think elegant dresses and sharp suits. While we encourage a bit of formality, we also want you to be comfortable and ready to celebrate with us!

Let’s get this party started early! Hop on the shuttle from the hotel at 5:00 PM and arrive by 5:30 PM for some pre-ceremony sips and tasty bites. We’ll have drinks flowing and hors d’oeuvres passed while you mingle and get comfy. The ceremony kicks off right at 6:15 PM, so don’t be late—we can’t wait to say “I do” with you there! After the ceremony, the celebration continues with a cocktail-style reception featuring delicious food stations, an open bar, dancing, live painting, and of course—cake! We’ll wrap up the night at 11:00 PM, but the memories will last forever.

Day-After Poolside Hangout

Whether you're staying in town or heading out, we’d love to spend a little more time with you before the weekend wraps up! Join us for a relaxed, come-and-go hangout by the pool. Expect good vibes, light bites, and one last chance to celebrate together. Whether you're up for a quick dip, a lounge in the sun, or just swinging by to say goodbye—we’d be so happy to see you. Bring your swimsuit if you’re feeling the pool vibes—we’ll have towels ready for you! Come as you are and drop in anytime!
