What does your 2022 celebration look like?

Answer

We know there isn’t much precedent for how to celebrate when you had to change plans due to a pandemic. However, we are doing the best we can to plan Wedding pt. 2! Picture a regular ceremony and reception, but without the ceremony part. We will start with the social hour and then proceed to dinner, followed by a celebration with dancing and fun!

In light of COVID-19, what are the wedding plans?

Answer

Kelsey and Tyler prioritized safety and had a backyard ceremony on July 18th, 2020 with immediate family. We feel it is safe to gather in June 2022 with a largely outdoor event. Remember that getting fully vaccinated is the best way to ensure we will have a safe and fun event for everybody!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out invitations for our June date in late Spring 2022. RSVPs should be completed online after you get that invite.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Reach out to Kelsey or Tyler if you have any questions or have somebody that just HAS to be there.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We had a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Coldwater, MI for our cancelled 2020 gathering. We will look into finding a block there again! Check out that tab on our website. If this doesn't work, anywhere in Coldwater is close to all the fun!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry through Zola, which can be found on this website. If you would prefer to purchase elsewhere, just let us know and we can make sure it is removed from our registry so others know.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It's a wedding. But also it's a summer Michigan wedding with yard games, a pick-up volleyball game and unpredictable weather. Dress so you're comfortable, picture-ready, and feel like a million bucks.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

By all means, let us know so we can accommodate you and keep you safe and comfortable!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We want to make sure you can get safely from the hotel to/from the wedding. It’s small-town Michigan so we don’t usually have any local ride shares or public transit available. We will set up something old-fashioned if necessary! Feel free to leave your car at Tip Up overnight.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yup! There will be plenty of space for you at Tip Up, where the reception is located.
