Where is the wedding taking place?

The celebration will be in beautiful Ione, CA. Full address and directions will be provided on your invitation and can be found under "travel" on this wedding website.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 20, 2026. You can do so by mailing back the RSVP card included with your invitation. They will be pre-addressed and stamped.

Can I update my RSVP after I’ve submitted it?

Answer

If your plans change, please reach out to us directly as soon as possible. We cannot add guests to our list.

Can I RSVP past the set date?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. If we do not hear from you by March 20, 2026, we will mark you as "unable to attend". Please note that we must submit a total guest count to our vendors by a specific date, which is why we cannot be flexible on this.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is preferred. Think cocktail dresses, dressy blouses, button-up shirts, slacks, or suits. Dark, well-fitted jeans are welcome if styled in a polished way. We kindly ask that guests avoid casual attire.

Can I wear white?

Answer

Only if you’re planning to fight the bride in a duel at sunset. Just kidding (but not really). Please avoid white, ivory, cream, silver, or anything that might make someone squint and wonder who's getting married. Let's leave the spotlight (and the light colors) to the bride!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to venue capacity, only those listed on your invitation are invited. On your RSVP card, you will see the specific number of seats we have available for you. We appreciate your support!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to space limitations, only the guests specifically named on the invitation are invited. If your kids are not specifically listed on your invitation, and the RSVP does not list seating for them, we ask that you do not bring them. Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is parking on-site. Staff will be there to direct you.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It can get warm (80s) during the day and cool in the evening in Ione. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the date and bringing a layer just in case.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. No need to travel between events!

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception to follow outdoors. Please dress accordingly and wear appropriate footwear since we will be outside.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, while supplies last! We'll have drinks flowing and plenty of options (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)—just be ready to toast with us! With this being said, if you are drinking, please have a designated driver or book a hotel in the area. Your safety is important to us!
