Yes! The wedding will be held on the date and at the location planned. At the wedding and weekend events, we will be taking extensive precautions to ensure everyone's safety (details in FAQs below). We understand and recognize that COVID-19 has impacted everyone’s lives and ability to travel. Your health is our number one concern. We expect that many will not be joining us in person and instead will be celebrating from afar—and we look forward to celebrating with those that will be doing so as soon as we are safely able. For those able and willing to travel, we look forward to welcoming you in the Hill Country! We will be celebrating while focusing on on keeping everyone present as safe as possible, and ask that all of our guests do the same (again, please see details in FAQs below). RSVPs are requested by September 30, and may be submitted on this website.

Yes! We will be holding a welcome reception on Friday evening at Lost Draw Cellars in downtown Fredericksburg, and a farewell brunch on Sunday at Lewis Wines near Johnson City. Our "Things To Do" section on this website also offers recommendations for our favorite things to do in the Hill Country. We recommend trying to plan ahead and make reservations for tastings and visits in light of the precautions in place due to COVID-19. We can't wait to spend the weekend with you!
Yes, please ("s'il vous plaît")! You should have the options to RSVP for your party for four "events": the wedding itself, the Friday night welcome reception, the Sunday farewell brunch, and a shuttle service between downtown Fredericksburg and our wedding venue. We're trying to get a head count for each. Please come to as many or as few as your plans and preferences permit!
***Please refer to the above for updated shuttle information and schedule for 10/31*** On the RSVP page, you will have an option of indicating whether you and your party are interested in taking a shuttle between downtown Fredericksburg and the wedding venue on the day/night of the ceremony. The shuttle(s) will be picking up from the parking lot of the Inn at Baron's Creek or Fredericksburg Inn & Suites in downtown Fredericksburg beginning at approximately 4pm on Saturday, and will make several return trips from the wedding venue back to that same spot later in the evening. Final details will be confirmed closer to the day of. We appreciate that many may prefer to take their own cars in order to preserve as much social distance as possible, but wanted to offer a shuttle option for those interested. We will be requiring masks on the shuttle and will work to ensure there is as much distance as possible while on board (including by reserving multiple shuttles if necessary).
We think y'all look great already. Sartorially speaking, however, we'd prefer no jeans at the ceremony (but fair game for the rest of the weekend). We're keeping it classy. A notch above cocktail, but no need to break out the tuxedos or floor-length dresses unless you'd like to (in which case, bring it on!). And we think Western wear is the height of class. If you like that Lone Star look, let the flag fly: grab your Stetson, your Lucchese, your suede blazer, your bolo and of course anything turquoise. It's all welcome here! And fortunately, masks go great with everything! We'll have some for you but would also love to see your style.
