Whidbey Vrbo Options
There are also many vacation rentals available on Whidbey Island through VRBO. When searching, we recommend using "Clinton, Washington" as your location, along with your travel dates and guest count. We recommend staying in Clinton, Langley, Freeland, or Greenbank, which are all conveniently located near the venue. Coupeville and Oak Harbor are also great options on Whidbey Island, though they are approximately 45–60 minutes away. If you don't mind taking the ferry, you may also consider staying in or near Mukilteo. A friendly tip: We recommend avoiding accommodations on Camano Island. While it may appear nearby on a map and often shows up in Airbnb and VRBO searches, travel to Whidbey Island can take much longer than expected. Be sure to check back periodically, as additional rental listings for the wedding weekend will likely become available as we get closer to the date.

Hipcamp is a website that helps travelers find unique camping and glamping accommodations, including campsites, cabins, yurts, RV sites, and tiny homes. It can be a great option for guests looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Whidbey Island while staying somewhere a little different.

Mukilteo Ferry Terminal (getting onto Whidbey Island)
The attached link includes information for the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal, including the ferry schedule, directions, parking, fares, accessibility, and more. The ferry departs from Mukilteo approximately every 30 minutes, and the crossing takes about 20 minutes. Guests are welcome to either drive onto the ferry or park in Mukilteo and walk on. During the summer, drive-on ferry lines can become quite long, so walking on may be the easier option. We plan to arrange transportation for guests who walk onto the ferry to and from the venue on the wedding day.

About a ~50 minute drive away from the venue, Oak Harbor is a great city to stay in for less-expensive accommodations while avoiding the ferry altogether if you want to! Rooms for ~$250 per night.

For the BOUGIE/extra fancy Whidbey Island experience (we're talking ~$850/night). Located in the heart of Langley and has a beach-front view of the Puget Sound.

Located in Coupeville (Central Whidbey Island, ~30 minute drive away from the venue). Another beautiful waterfront hotel! Waterfront = expensive, though, so we're looking at ~$350-400 per night.

The Silver Cloud is located right next to the ferry in Mukilteo (not on Whidbey Island), but the venue's proximity to the ferry in Clinton makes this hotel logistically feasible! Price per night ~$300.
