A chunk of history! The outdoor exhibits are interesting (and free), and the indoor museum (for a fee) is an exploration of Richmond in the Civil War.
This awesome little island is a short walk with big exploring potential. The small parking lot on the Richmond side of the bridge leads to a walking bridge that takes you onto Belle Isle. You can wander around andread some history of the region!
