Things To Do

Welcome to the Land of Enchantment! Whether you’re here for a quick trip or a full-on getaway, we’ve got your weekend mapped out — starting with our favorite shops and local eats, then on to coffee, cocktails, wineries, and scenic hikes to wrap it all up.

Old Town

Albuquerque, NM 87104

Explore the heart of NM culture — local shops, eats, and history all in one spot. (One of Baylee's personal favorite places to stop when she's back in town)

Sawmill Market

1909 Bellamah Avenue Northwest, Albuquerque, NM 87104

Trendy spot for craft eats, local drinks, and live energy all day long.

Sandia Peak Tramway

30 Tramway Road Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87122

Take the tram to the top of the Sandias for unreal views — and if you can, grab a bite at the restaurant 'TEN 3'.

Tin Can Alley ABQ

6110 Alameda Boulevard Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87113

Local food, drinks, music, and a chill spot to hang — all in a funky shipping-container setup.

Uptown

Albuquerque, NM 87110

Head to Uptown for some outdoor shopping and strolling

Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm

4803 Rio Grande Boulevard Northwest, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, NM 87107

Another Baylee favorite and MUST STOP. Stroll lavender fields, browse the farm shop, meet the alpacas, and enjoy farm-to-table eats or a drink at the café.

Marble Brewery

111 Marble Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102

Delicious beers, and great vibes! TBH ALL of the breweries in ABQ are great. We recommend hopping around and trying a few!

Little Bear Coffee & LBPM Neighborhood Bar- Nob Hill

3123 Central Avenue Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87106

One of our favorite coffee shops if you need to work or just want to hang.

Zendo Coffee

413 2nd Street Southwest, Albuquerque, NM 87102

Best coffee shop if you just want to make a quick stop! PS: order the ZIA latte with white chocolate.

Grinding Gears Coffee Company

4206 Corrales Road, Corrales, NM 87048

Dion's Pizza

8010 Academy Road Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87111

One of the best pizza spots you'll eat at. We HIGHLY recommend adding green chile to your pizza, and getting the green chile ranch. ;)

El Patio Rio

3851 Rio Grande Boulevard Northwest, Albuquerque, NM 87107

One of our favorite places to eat and get a margarita! Their red chile enchiladas are to die for.

Vic's Daily Cafe

3600 Osuna Road Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87109

Go here for breakfast! Tons of options (and massive portions). Gavins favorite is the Navajo Taco, with red – and Baylees favorite is the Carne adovada plate!

Barelas Coffee House

1502 4th Street Southwest, Albuquerque, NM 87102

Gavin and Baylees ALL TIME FAVORITE breakfast spot. It's a wonderful whole in the wall spot, with the best service, and food. Baylee gets the huevos rancheros with red, and Gavin gets the carne adovada plate. Baylee also recommends a side of chicharrones- wrapped in a tortilla, dipped in red chile.

Flying Star Cafe

4026 Rio Grande Boulevard Northwest, Albuquerque, NM 87107

The most quaint cafe with New Mexico flair. Everything here is tasty. Great lunch or breakfast spot!

Casa Rondeña Winery

733 Chavez Road, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, NM 87107

Our favorite winery spot in ABQ. Very romantic and looks like you stepped into the Spanish Countryside!

Founders Speakeasy

622 Central Avenue Southwest, Albuquerque, NM 87102

The coolest, newest bar in ABQ!

Bosque Trail

Bosque Trail, Albuquerque, NM 87105

Enjoy a stroll or run through the Bosque. During this time of year, the trees are beautiful!

Domingo Baca Trailhead

Albuquerque, NM 87122

A great hiking spot! But really, any hiking in the Sandia mountains is great! Search some more in All Trails if you are looking for a little more adventure!

Santa Fe Plaza

63 Lincoln Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501

If you have extra time, we highly recommend taking the Rail Runner to Santa Fe for the day and stopping at the Plaza. A lively mix of culture, food, and history — wander through shops, art markets, and the beautiful heart of Santa Fe.
