They say cousins are your first bestfriends, and for Stacy that's an understatement. Stacy and I have been thick as theives since the day she moved to Houston. She has been my rock, my foundation, my turn up buddy, and my biggest supporter. We have laughed and cried through some of the craziest moments life has put us through. People think we are playing when we say we literally live "THE SAME EXACT LIFE". God knew he couldn't make us blood sisters, so he made her the next best thing my cousin. I am blessed to have a "Couster" (cousin/sister) like her by my side.

Me & this guy met the first day of college moving into our dorm at TSU. Not knowing anyone on campus or in the city we naturally walked the campus together, registering for classes & going to orientations. Hanging out everyday in college since we were both new to Houston. Come to find out we are acutually splitting image of each other. Both played sports in high school, played the same position, ran the same races & studied the same major. We ended up taking the same classes at the same time to where we literally started & finish our day at the same time. We did everything together & it created an instant friendship that’s still ongoing to this day. This guy is special & I need a special guy on my special day.

Antoinette and I met 13 years ago through our husbands at schlitterbahn, and we have been best buds ever since. This is the craziest, sweetest, smack talking and most lovable woman you'll ever meet. Antoinette has been my therapist, my shoulder to cry on and my go to person when I need a good laugh. She lets me know when I'm right and especially when I'm wrong and I'm blessed to call her my Henry (insider)!!!!! When people see us together they know they are in for lots of fun, laughs and a ton of shaking their heads. I wouldn't change our relationship for nothing in the world. From our special language to just looking at each other and laughing about a situation, and saying that's MY HENRY!!!! I couldn't and wouldn't do this without her by my side.

They say you meet your real friends in college & I must say that saying is absolutely true. TSU has brought plenty of people & good times in my life, but only a few stayed & made a impact on my life & this guy here has made one of hell of an impact. We might not have a fairy tale friendship that has all magical scenes & unimaginable feelings, but we do a have bond that can not be broken. Step'fen is a real friend that wants you to win in life & will help you win no matter what obstacles are thrown in front of you. He’s also the "BEST MAN" for the job of me getting down the aisle.

My groomsman, my friend, my brother. Every since the day my mother told me I was going to have a little brother I was more than ecstatic to have a brother that I could play sports & video games with. I’ve watch him grow from a baby that I use to change their diaper to a young man/father of 2 & I couldn’t be any prouder of the man you’ve become. I hope I have been a good example of how to & how not to do things for him so he can succeed better than me & not make the same mistakes I made. I love this guy unconditionally & I wouldn’t do this if I didn't have him as one of the men standing beside me on one of the most glorious days of my life.

Ms. Moss and I met approximately 9 years ago at a gathering that Q hosted at the house. Angela and I always joke and laugh about how we met, because we both have different versions of the story. It's never a dull moment with this one. We have so many nicknames for her, because she's always doing something that makes you shake your head. To know her is to love her. She's an amazing friend and a huge supporter. We talk everyday about the most random things. She's been an awesome friend since the passing of my mother and I'm forever grateful for her. Ske keeps me laughing and always pushing me through my lowest times. She didn't expect to be by my side on my day, but it wouldn't be right if I didn't have her with me.

In a family full of girls he was the first boy cousin I had to do any boy things with. All the playing by myself or hoping friends were outside was over cause I finally had another male in the family & by default that made him like a brother to me. We might not be blood brothers but we are blood family, first cousins & you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference because the bond we have that makes it difficult to decipher. He is another link of my circle that completes it & another important man that must be beside me on the day I marry my queen.

Jeronda is one of the longest friendships that I have. We met in second grade at Edgar Glover elementary. Our first encounter was in the lunch room, and she decided that she wanted to step on the back of my shoes. I told her to stop numerous of times but she wouldn't. So I told the teacher and she got in trouble lol. To this day we can not figure out how we became friends. God knew I needed a friend like her in my life. We have lost contact numerous of times, but we always seem to find each other. Losing my mother in June has brought us closer than ever. She is one of the few people that has been by my side through it all. It's not a day that goes by that we don't communicate. To have a friend that's there through it all is a blessing. Thats why I couldn't do this without her by my side.

My friend/cousin that I have grown up with since we were babies. He might not be blood to me but he is family that I have gotten into plenty of trouble with as well as whooping’s. I have so many life experiences & funny memories with this dude that we could make a short film. Life has thrown some very unexpecting curves his way but its nothing that can’t be overcome with love & support. I might be miles away in another city but I’m nothing but a phone call & a 4 hour drive away to give him the support he needs cause its no way I could’ve made it through my young high school days without him & Maurice motivating me in ways they never knew they were or did. So for that I am forever grateful for that drive & motivation he gave me when I needed it the most.

Brittney is Q's little sister. Brittney and I became close when I was pregnant with Kaylee. Brittney is an amazing person inside and out. We have always confided in one another when we needed some advice about life or just anything in general. Our bond has grew stronger over the years and I considered her as my sister prior to the engagement. She's always rooted for us even when we didn't root for ourelves. She's been a great supporter, aunt and sister that any girl can ask for. I'm proud of the woman and DR. thats she become. I couldn't do this without my sister in love by my side.

Bruce started off as just a friend of my cousin Kelvin but as time went on & we all hung out more the understanding of each other became so natural & unforced that it was destined our relationship as friends would become a life time. Giving the fact people tell us it’s no way we can be friends & not brothers because we look related & act the same makes it even clearer that this guy here is a brother/friend that I can always count on no matter what the situation brings.

When I first met Q he would tell me about ALL HIS COUSINS lol. He warned me that they are going to test you, they rude, they mean, they dont like nobody, but they don't mean no harm. Lexi was the first cousin that I met. After a party I went to Q's house and he made Lexi sleep in the living room. Lexi was so heated that she had to sleep in the living room. Thanksgiving comes around we go to Dallas for thanksgiving and Lexi tells the family " this the girl he kicked me out the room for" lol. Lexi is Q's first sister before his biological sister was born. They are extremly close and their love for each other is amazing. Lexi and I have created an awesome bond over the years, and shes been by my side like shes my blood cousin. I had to have Q's very first best friend by my side on our day.

The only high school friend I have left. I had many friends in high school & they’ve all seem to fall waist side but this guy has been there since the time I got him suspended for drinking wine in school that I snuck in in a gatorade bottle. When he got called down to the office & questioned about it he never did rat me out unlike all the other students who called themselves my friend. I knew right then that he was one solid stand up guy & he has yet to prove me wrong. We might not talk everyday or as often as people think we should but he is a close dear friend of mine & if he needs anything I would be right there without hesitation because I know he would do the same for me.

Kawanna and I have been bestfriends since the 9th grade. We instantly connected in dance class at Hastings High School. We got in so much trouble growing up; that our moms literally got tired of fussing. Kawanna and I was inseparable in high school. When you saw Kawanna you saw me and vice versa. This girl will keep you laughing non stop. She is one of the craziest and goofiest person that I know. She's always their when I need her. She's been my #1 cheerleader since day 1. We've always said if I can't call anybody we know we can depend on each other.

Meeting & knowing his older brother first would kind of make it normal to just automatically befriend Tevin his younger brother but that’s not the case. Having the chance to be dorm-mates with him as well grew a bond full of jokes & laughter that solidified the friendship we have today. The understanding of each other with just a look & know what one is thinking about or joking about isn’t something you get if you're not true friends at heart & I can say by him always having the best interest at heart for my sake that will keep me out of trouble, harms way or the best winning situation for me & my family is something he has always done. So to have people like that in my circle is something I’m glad I have & grateful for.
