What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time for seating.

Is there a dress code?

We would love our guests to dress up for our special day! Dress code is formal cocktail attire.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that you only bring a guest if your invitation specifies a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones, but our wedding is an adults-only event unless your invitation specifies otherwise. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot available at Saint Kilian Church, as well as a gravel lot at Willowbrook. Please note: All vehicles must be removed from Willowbrook’s parking lot by midnight on Saturday.

Is Willowbrook ADA-compliant and handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Willowbrook is handicap accessible. The venue offers designated handicap parking, ramped entrances to both the main and lower levels, and golf cart service to and from the parking lot upon request. Guests may also load and unload at the front entrance before parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided to and from Willowbrook ONLY for guests staying at the following hotels: – Pittsburgh Marriott North – Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods
