Amber saw this tall, blue eyed man that just happened to have his profile picture of him at a Blues game (what were the odds that two St. Louis kids would end up finding each other in Kansas City, right?), she swiped right, shortly after, Jacob swiped right causing them to match on March 22nd, 2020, then two days later, the world shut down. Dating during the pandemic was interesting. They didn't get to have the "normal" dating experience at first, but their first "official date" was in May 2020 at the Kansas City Zoo. The couple has been inseparable since the moment they met and have made many memories together with vacations, sporting events, career changes, and additions to families or loss of some close ones, who unfortunately won't be there on their big day.
