Flight
The best and most cost effective way for our Massachusetts guests to get to our wedding is to travel on JetBlue from Logan to TVC (Cherry Capital Airport, Traverse City). This is the only direct flight. The only caveat is there is only one flight on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you can join us Thursday-Sunday we highly recommend that. Go directly to the JetBlue website to book this. All other airlines (United, Delta, and American) do not have direct flights, and they are very costly. We highly recommend booking early and now. If you decide to fly to Detroit and then drive it is about 4 hours and 23 minutes.
Hotel
We highly recommend if you are a family or know a group of friends also attending our wedding to rent an AirB&B on Lake Leelanau. In fact, we have one group of friends that has room for two people in their AirB&B. Just talk to Mike and I and we can help with accommodations if anyone feels stuck.
Hotel
This hotel has the most availability. However, this is a very popular spot in the high season, so if you think you can attend our wedding we would suggest booking at your earliest convenience. Leland is an amazing, magical place, but there are only so many hotels. As of today, sixteen rooms and all three cottages are available. The room rates are based on the length of stay. In September, weekends are considered high season. This hotel does not offer Saturday night only rates. Rates for three nights stays are significantly lower than rates for two nights.
Hotel
This hotel said they may have availability open up in May, but are currently booked for our wedding weekend.
Hotel
This hotel is right on the lake! It is a bit more of a "camp" and "cabin" vibe, but people who stay here have said they have an amazing time.
Hotel
We encourage everyone to book early if you know you are coming to our wedding. Hotel rooms and house rentals go fast once the spring comes. Our wedding weekend is still considered high-season.
Flight
It is about a 7 hour and 48 minute drive from Cincinnati to Leland. This may be a great option if you want to have your car with you. The festivities start on Thursday so once you arrive the fun and relaxation will begin! We are hoping to make your travels well worth it! If you want to fly the majority of flights seem to come from American and Delta. There are United flights, but less options. They all seem to have a stop in either CLT, DTW, or ORD. I haven't found any from CVG that fly direct.

If you'd like to rent a boat for our Welcome Party that is certainly an option. We will have boats to take people out and enjoy the lake as well. The best place to rent one is Narrows Yacht Club. It's already on the water, so you don't have to worry about launching a boat yourself. If you are driving, and want to bring your boat that is an option too. Please let us know if you're planning on doing that.
