Cradled by majestic oaks along the banks of the Estero River, Koreshan State Park’s historic buildings and gardens stand as a testament to the Koreshan Unity’s industrious lifestyle and unique beliefs (they believed the entire universe existed within a giant, hollow sphere) as Florida pioneers.

Enjoy a burger and hit some golf balls!
Grab your paddles and tour or fish in the Estero River estuary. You can rent kayaks, SUPs, or canoes (or borrow one of Leah's SUPs). Lessons are available.

Chris & Leah enjoyed a great evening with friends and family for Chris' birthday in 2021, and the food impressed all of us! We recommend the steaks. All aboard the Murder Mystery Dinner Train for a one-of-a-kind theatrical and culinary experience! Enjoy a five-course dinner with a choice from three entrees, prepared fresh onboard the train while a live murder mystery show is played out in the dining cars during your forty-mile round trip over 3 and half hours from Colonial Station in Fort Myers, Florida.
Leah's favorite is the orange-strawberry juice. Florida is known for its orange groves, and the best and freshest orange juice you will ever have is made here. Stop by for a fresh cup (or gallon), some ice cream, and grab some Florida souvenirs.
Chris & Leah's favorite cheat night meal. Start with the cheese fries appetizer.
One of our favorite local Italian restaurants, located nearby in Coconut Point!
Located in Coconut Point and next to Divieto's! A traditional Italian café and gelateria. The owner, Mauro, hails from Sardinia, Italy, and helps Leah practice her Italian language skills every time she stops by. Leah recommends the nocciola (hazelnut) gelato, served as an affogato (shot of espresso poured overtop)!
Coffee and cats! But don't worry if you're allergic-- cafe and cat room are divided spaces. No reservations needed for cafe.
Our favorite American restaurant. Chris enjoys a filet, while Leah prefers the king crab legs.
The best dry-aged steak in town, hands-down. A little pricier than Connors, so save it for your special night out. Chris recommends you treat yourself to the "CURSE OF THE LEPRECHAUN" cocktail, and to get it extra spicy.
Take it from us New Yorkers that these are the best bagels in SWFL. Leah likes the egg everything toasted with lox, capers, cream cheese, and onions.
Sweet and savory Belgium waffles, served at a butterfly garden! Beautiful and delicious, AND amazing lattes!
Not available in most parts of the country, kava has taken Southwest Florida by storm; kava bars are becoming an alternative to the bar scene for many consumers. Kava is a root from the South Pacific. A natural muscle relaxer, anti-insomniac, and anxiety reliever, kava gives you a natural sense of calm and wellbeing without affecting cognitive or motor skills like alcohol or marijuana can. Kava (+kratom) elixirs can deliver feelings of happiness, euphoria, and energy, depending on the strain you choose. Chris and Leah's favorite drinks are both kratom milk teas-- Chris prefers Kava Culture's "Cookie Dough" with a red strain (relax + move), while Leah likes a white strain (energy + focus) "Nutella Bomb"
