Please join us for a three-course “rehearsal” dinner to welcome and celebrate our VIP wedding party guests as we discuss plans to kick off wedding festivities!

After guests have checked into the hotel and have had dinner, we invite you to attend our welcome night cap event and get to know one another. Join us for light desserts, cocktails, and a good luck toast to the big day ahead!
8:00 am - 2:00 pm

At 8:00am, VIPS will load into 4x4 SUPER JEEPS at Hotel Stracta. From there, Tyler, Brandon, and their VIPS will explore beautiful Iceland landscapes and take wedding portraits. VIPS will have a specific dress attire [TBD]. Lunch and snacks will be provided. At the end of the tour, the Grooms and VIPS will join the rest of the guests at the super secret location for the ceremony.
12:45 pm - 6:00 pm
We encourage "Boots & Suits" attire - semi-formal on top, but still comfortable on the bottom for outdoor exploring. Please keep a close eye on the weather forecast and dress accordingly! Wear comfortable shoes as there will be some walking as well. The entire wedding, besides driving, will be held outside. In June, the average low in this region of Iceland is 42 F and an average high of 55 F.
Guests will begin loading up into 4x4 SUPER JEEPS at 12:45pm outside of Hotel Stratca. The Jeeps will leave at 1:00pm sharp to head to our super secret Ceremony Destination! The drivers will also serve as tour guides as you trek your way off-road through Iceland's Highlands, across rivers, up mountains, and more!
7:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Cocktail Attire
Guests will have a quick hour and a half to rest and refresh before the next event. At 7:30pm, guests will load into a bus to go to our "Viking" themed reception dinner. Anyone who does not want to ride on the bus to and from the reception is welcome to drive separately. The venue is 40 minutes away from the hotel so we ask everyone to please do not drink and drive.
