Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! Little ones are encouraged to attend, and are exempt from the formal attire. The more the merrier!

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

A shuttle will pick guests up from the St. James Hotel and Quality Inn at 2:45pm to bring them to the venue before the ceremony and will run loops back to the hotels from 8:30-10:30pm. Parking is also available on site. It's a ten minute drive from the hotels to the wedding and reception venue.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal - think more Sunday service instead of Inaugural ball, but taking off shoes for dancing is encouraged! The ceremony will be outdoors on uneven grass, for those considering heel options. We will have a little fire pit during the reception, but you may want a jacket or scarf if you want to be outside after the sun goes down.

Should I book an Airbnb?

Answer

We're encouraging groups of friends to book Airbnb/VRBO rentals. Please keep in mind, however, that the shuttles will only travel between the St. James, Quality Inn, and Willow Brooke Farm. We gathered a few options on the travel page!

Will there be a brunch on Monday, 9/5?

Answer

Yes, we will have a brunch at the St. James Hotel on Monday morning at the St. James Hotel from 9:30 - 11:30.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both events are taking place at Willow Brooke Farm.

What about COVID?

Answer

We are so excited to see you all on our big day. In the interest of ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests, vendors, and venue employees, we kindly request that you to take a Rapid Antigen Test within 48 hours and confirm your negative result before attending our wedding. We know this creates an additional inconvenience but we are deeply grateful to you for taking these additional steps to protect the health of all in attendance.
