A perfect hiking, biking, or camping area. We went on a hike here for our second date. You also can swim, kayak, or canoe.
A Foco staple. They give free tours of the brewery (with online reservation) and have a lot of tasty beers on tap. Lots of doggos and a food truck with different cuisine every day!
Cute mountain town about an hour away from Fort Collins. The historic Stanley Hotel is a good place here to visit for a ghost tour and Rocky National Park is a short drive up the mountain.
A Northern Colorado tradition, this three‑day festival is a community celebration with family activities, food from local restaurants, entertainment from acclaimed musicians & an eclectic display of fine artisans work! Will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Old Town Fort Collins is lined with nature, tourist, cooking, retail and novelty and confectionery shops. There are a variety of restaurants (over 84 of them, actually) to provide a taste for any craving, and countless places to dine outdoors. You can enjoy the sounds of live music drifting through the Old Town Square whenever events are happening (Bohemian Nights are usually Thurs-Sat.).
A great place for kids to play. It's like going to a mini-theme park, but free of charge. The playground equipment is top notch. Plenty of space to unwind and take in the mountains as a family.
