I've known Barry since about 4th or 5th grade when I first moved to Bowie. I don't remember exactly how, but some kind of way we ended up playing basketball and video games just about everyday. Overtime the video games turned into first cars and jobs, and girlfriends, and deep discussions about family, God and life but through every phase and every moment he's been like a brother to me and I'm honored to see my family grow.

It's not often people find a true life long friend. I consider myself lucky for having known Barry for over 2 decades. Having lived right down the street from each other made it easy for us to grow through life. By us being the only young men in our families, we were more brothers than friends. To this day nothing has changed. Even going from hanging out everyday as kids to reaching adulthood and going our separate ways our bond was never broken. The moment I heard of his engagement I was proud of my brother. We are all out here looking for someone to share our lives with and he has found his queen. My brother is getting married!
