Standard rooms are available with your choice of one king bed or two queen beds. A second room block is available for guests at the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Bensalem for the nights of June 11–13, 2027. Please note that this hotel will not provide shuttle service to or from the wedding venue, so guests staying here will need to arrange their own transportation. Shuttle
Shuttle from Radisson Hotel to Pen Ryn- Pre Ceremony
June 12, 2027 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
We will be providing shuttle transportation for guests staying at the Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast. A 41-passenger coach shuttle will run continuously between the hotel and the wedding venue for our 4:30 PM ceremony. Please note there are two shuttle windows: 2:30 PM departure – reserved for immediate family and those participating in early family photos 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM – guest shuttle service running continuously between the hotel and venue We kindly ask guests to plan to depart the hotel no later than 3:30 PM, and to arrive at the venue by 4:00 PM to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins. Return shuttle service will also be provided following the reception (details listed separately on this page).

Shuttle from Pen Ryn to the Radisson - End of Night
June 12, 2027 9:30 pm - 11:30 pm
We will be providing return shuttle transportation from the wedding venue at Pen Ryn Estate back to the Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast. A 41-passenger coach shuttle will run continuously from 9:30 PM – 11:30 PM. The shuttle will make multiple trips during this window as needed, operating on a “no guest left behind” basis to ensure all guests have a safe and convenient ride back to the hotel. Guests may board at their convenience throughout the departure window.
