What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in Black Tie Optional attire. For women, floor-length gowns or other formal evening dresses are encouraged. For men, tuxedos are welcome but not required; a dark suit and tie is perfectly appropriate. If you'd like, feel free to embrace the romantic garden-inspired atmosphere with soft colors, floral prints, and elegant formalwear. As a friendly reminder, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or ivory. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy celebrating with us. We’re so excited to share this special day with you!

What should I expect regarding the weather on the wedding day?

Answer

June in Pennsylvania usually treats us to lovely, warm days—think comfortable temperatures and gentle breezes perfect for an outdoor celebration. Fingers crossed for sunshine and blue skies! If history repeats itself.. 2025: High of 82°F, low of 59°F, mostly sunny 2024: High ~83°F / Low ~63°F, mostly sunny 2023: High ~78°F / Low ~60°F, partly cloudy 2022: High ~85°F / Low ~64°F, mostly sunny

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, provided conditions do not involve heavy rainfall. We are committed to celebrating amidst the beautiful natural surroundings and will accommodate light rain accordingly. Umbrellas will be provided if necessary. The cocktail hour will take place in both indoor and outdoor settings, and the reception will be held indoors, with access to an elegant courtyard for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

Is there parking or a shuttle service?

Answer

We’ve got you covered! There is parking available at Pen Ryn Estate for those who would like to drive. We will also be running a shuttle service to make things easy for everyone. Shuttles will run between the Radisson Hotel NE in Trevose and Pen Ryn Estate before and after the event, so you can relax and enjoy the night without worrying about transportation.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We kindly request that guests arrive by 4:00 PM to allow ample time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Are children welcome to attend the wedding?

Answer

We respectfully request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.
