We’re getting married in Manistee, a charming lakeside town on Lake Michigan that feels like a summer getaway (because it is).
DRIVING:
~4 hours from Metro Detroit
~3 hours from Grand Rapids
~2.5 hours from Traverse City
FLYING:
The closest airports are Traverse City (TVC) or Grand Rapids (GRR), followed by a 1-2 hour scenic drive.

Manistee has a great mix of hotels and vacation rentals. Summer is peak season, so we recommend booking early if possible. All hotels in the area are clean and we've provided a list below.
