We are closing monitoring the pandemic and will update if any changes happen. As of now, we are still planning our wedding for October 10, 2020. * GUESTS: Please do not come if you feel sick or have any symptoms of illness. We understand completely if you cannot make it. Some things to know: -you will be getting your temperature taken upon arrival. You must arrive with a face mask on, and after your temperature is taken and you are approved you may take off your mask at your wanting. -Masks will be provided if you forget yours. - EXTRA careful sanitizing of all prep and serving areas - Food servers wearing gloves and masks - Event staff will be wearing masks -We will be at 50% capacity of what our venue can hold -Chairs during the ceremony will be in pairs and socially distanced from others around you -Tables at the reception will be socially distanced from others, as well as not having too many people sit at one table

Can we take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony: No Thank You -We would love to see your faces not your devices. We invite you to be fully present while we say our “I do’s” and we have awesome photographers that love to share pictures. Please turn off your phones and cameras and enjoy our moment with us. During the reception: YES PLEASE -In fact, please use our hashtag #becomingbarnett to share your memories of our special day

What’s the parking situation?

Answer

There is parking at the venue, drive in and you will be directed on where to park by security. There will also be security escorting people to their cars at night for your safety.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to COVID restrictions we are limited on our guest list. If your invite states “and guest” then yes. When you R.S.V.P please indicate your guests name. If you’re invite does not state “and guest”, we would prefer if it was just you.

What’s the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi Formal. We also want you to be comfortable. The ceremony is on grass, and the reception is on concrete.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be at Vineyard Hacienda. The walk from the ceremony to the reception is extremely short.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors. The ceremony is in the grass by a pond and the reception is under a tree on concrete. Restrooms are available inside.
