Additional Guests/Plus Ones

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our favorite people and have carefully planned our guest list around our venue capacity. Because seating is limited, we are only able to accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation. If an additional guest or plus-one is not included, we unfortunately will not be able to extend an invitation to them at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where do we park?

There is street parking and also additional parking in a couple parking lots. Maps can be provided, if requested.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We are hoping to have transportation for guest for after the reception. Transportation to the venue will need to scheduled by the guests.

Activities & Games

Answer

We’ll have a few fun, lighthearted activities during the reception for guests who would like to participate. Some activities will involve small optional payments. We will accept both cash and virtual payments, with QR codes available for convenience. There will also be someone nearby to assist if needed. Participation is completely optional—just come, have fun, and enjoy the celebration!

Gifts

We are so grateful to celebrate with you—your presence truly means the most to us. For those who have asked about gifts, we are registered on Amazon and Zola, both linked on this website. If you purchase a physical gift through Amazon, please return to the registry to mark it as purchased so others are aware. Zola will track gift cards and monetary gifts automatically once completed. Cash or checks are also welcome.

Photos during the Ceremony

Answer

We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Guests will have an opportunity for photos at the beginning of the ceremony. Formal photos with immediate family and the wedding party will take place during cocktail hour, after the ceremony.

We’ve included a travel section on our website with recommended hotel options for your stay. These are some of the more convenient and comfortable options in the area, though additional lodging is available nearby as well. We’ve also included a “Things to Do” section with some of our favorite local spots and ideas if you’re making a weekend of it.

Food & Drinks

Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony and will include drinks and light activities while we take photos. Dinner will be served at the reception, followed by dancing and celebrating into the evening. Drinks will be available throughout the entire reception.
