Plan to arrive in Palm Springs by 2:00pm Tues at the latest, to allow time to pick up your rental car/groceries in Palm Springs before driving to Pioneertown [7:00pm Welcome BBQ!]. Google's flight search works well to check all options: www.google.ca/flights YVR - PSP WestJet has 1 direct flight option from Vancouver to Palm Springs on Mon. Stay in Palm Springs from Mon - Tues, before the wedding festivities begin on Tues eve! There are also several 1-connection flights on the Tues. PSP to YVR WestJet offers 1 direct flight option on the Fri & Mon. If you want to head back on the Sat or Sun, there are several 1-connection options. YYZ to PSP There are several 1-connection options on several airlines, any day of the week. You may wish to arrive on the Mon so you have time to relax after 7 hours of travel. PSP to YYZ Lots of 1-connection options on all departures days.

You can also fly direct to LA from both Vancouver and Toronto, and drive up to Palm Springs [2 to 2.5 hr drive], and there are direct flights every day. So if you plan to fly up Tuesday morning, this is an option as well.

You will need to rent a vehicle for the weekday duration of your trip as you will need to drive to the High Desert (there are no public transit options or uber that go to Rimrock Ranch), and you will want a vehicle when you go exploring! You could return the rental car Friday if you are joining the weekend Group Honeymoon. There are several rental car companies at Palm Springs Airport for every budget: Enterprise, Budget, Hertz, & Alamo. A 5 day rental starts at around $245 USD, and a 7 day rental starts at around $350 USD. Promo codes can be found online for discounts; Costco also has good member rates and you can book through costcotravel.ca!
