This is an adults only celebration and we politely request no children.
The Welcome BBQ is on the Tuesday @ 7:00pm and we would love for you to be there! Pioneertown is a 45 min drive from the Palm Springs Airport (PSP) and Rimrock Ranch is another 10 min from there. We highly suggest booking a car rental for the week and driving to Pioneertown as public transportation isn't an option. We suggest arranging a flight on Tuesday that allows you enough time to get to Pioneertown and settled before the Welcome BBQ begins (or fly in on the Monday night and stay a night in Palm Springs!).
Ladies: Boho chic desert attire. Lightweight fabrics in flowy silhouettes: think delicate lace, floral prints, chiffon, velvet, soft muted desert hues. And a little jacket as it could get chilly in the evening! The wedding and reception are both outdoors so please wear appropriate footwear. Men: suits or dress pants/khakis + a dress shirt. It might be hot out so lighter colours are encouraged, in pieces made from cotton or linen.
TUESDAY Dinner & drinks provided at the Welcome BBQ (all guests are welcome). *Please bring your own breakfast & lunch groceries, or plan to venture into town to dine. WEDNESDAY Dinner & drinks provided at the Reception. *Please bring your own breakfast & lunch groceries, or plan to venture into town to dine. THURSDAY Breakfast provided at the Day After Brunch (all guests are welcome). *We will be heading into Pioneertown on Thursday night for dinner at Pappy & Harriet's (non-hosted event). FRIDAY *Please bring your own breakfast groceries for check-out day IMPORTANT NOTES: *There aren't any grocery stores in Pioneertown, so please stop for your groceries on your way to Pioneertown, in either Palm Springs or Yucca Valley. *Please buy any in-room snacks/drinks you might need, including alcohol / non-alcoholic drinks (water on site is fine to drink), and coffee cream (for those of you staying in Air B&B's, please check whether they provide coffee & drinking water).
Rimrock Ranch is a year-round destination (uniquely located 4,600 feet above sea level just at the snow line), offering four distinct and gorgeous seasons. Summers are 10-15 degrees cooler than nearby Joshua Tree National Park and 15-20 degrees cooler than Palm Springs. Because of the varied weather, bring layers for evening, and don't forget closed-toed shoes/boots and your swimsuit (and sunscreen)!
