Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We suggest wearing semi-formal clothes. Jeans and dresses are welcomed and cowboy boots are strongly encouraged. Feel free to wear a cowboy hat too if you would like!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that ONLY the people that the wedding invitations were specifically addressed to attend the wedding. We unfortunately cannot promise accommodations for others not specifically invited and appreciate your understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that people try to arrive about 15-30 minutes before the wedding starts. This will help allow time for everyone to park and be shuttled by the side-by-sides to the ceremony location and be seated.

Where should I sit during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

During the ceremony, a person will help guide you to your seat. For the reception, there will be a seating chart located near the outside of the tent indicating which table number you will be seated at.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We apologize in advance that, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every dietary restriction but we did our best to include a variety of options. These options can be found in another question below about what will be served. If you have any further questions about the food or concerns about allergies, we kindly ask you contact us in advance of the wedding.

How do I get there and where do I park?

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. While we will not be strictly enforcing this, we do ask that all phones are silenced during the wedding.

If I take pictures and want to share them with the bride and groom, is there a best way to do this?

Answer

Where will the ceremony be held if it rains?

Answer

If it rains, the ceremony will be held under the tent where the reception is being held. (Please say your prayers it does not rain though).

What will the food options be?

Answer

Main Dishes: Roast Beef Au Jus and Stuffed Chicken Cutlet Side Dishes: Salad Tossed with White Balsamic Vinaigrette, Lyonnaise Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables in Dill Butter Fresh bread and butter will also be served with the meal. Desserts will also be provided.
