Transport to Liepupe Manor
11:30 am - 2:00 pm
🚌 Bus Departure Instructions – Please Read Carefully Due to a local festival and potential traffic disruptions, we kindly ask everyone to be extra mindful of timing. Arrival time at the Radisson Blu Hotel: 11:30 sharp This is when we will begin counting and organizing everyone for the bus. The bus will seat and depart at 12:00. Please do not arrive at 12:00: by then we will already be boarding. Likewise, there’s no need to arrive too early; 11:30 is the target time. This helps us keep everything smooth and stress-free for everyone. Please come dressed for the ceremony as there will not be an opportunity to change before the ceremony upon arrival.
Ceremony

Formal dress
A welcome drink will be waiting for you once you arrive a Liepupe. Luggage can be stored in the venue reception prior to the ceremony. Following this, the we would ask people to be seated for the ceremony from 14:30, aiming for a prompt 14:45 start. The ceremony will finish approx. 15:30.
Canapes, Check-in and photography
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Formal dress
Following the ceremony, you will have time to relax and check in to your rooms before the wedding dinner. Canapes will be served during this time. We will be doing our photography during this time: we, or our toastmaster, will collect specific people individually or in groups as we need. However, everyone is welcome to take photos with us if they wish, once the key initial photos have been taken.
Hotel Check-in
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
As above, you can check into your rooms and move your luggage during this time. A member of staff at reception will assist you in finding your rooms. We would advise you try to stagger this as best you can to avoid a queue - do note that canapés will be available and the bar will be open ;)
Wedding Dinner
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Formal dress
We will start to seat you for dinner at 17:00: You will be called up by our toastmaster in order - please do not try to seat yourselves! Dinner will last until around 20:00.
Cake Cutting
8:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Dinner will end with the symbolic cutting and serving of our wedding cake!
After Party

Now it is party time. Wear whatever you like. Including swimsuits!
Following the cutting and serving of the cake, the rest of the evening is yours! You can explore the mansion (all public rooms are open on all floors). You can party by the pool: The poolside will be open throughout, as will the pool itself and poolhouse. The poolside sauna will also be available. However, please do look after yourselves if using the sauna and the pool - Nathan does not want to go into first responder mode at his wedding ;) The grounds are open to you: you can chill out and wander amongst the flowerbeds and trees, enjoying views of the lake from the lakeside gazebo. For the dancers and party animals among us, music will be available by the pool for you to get your groove on: outdoor music will end at 11 pm (23:00) (but indoor music will still be played for you to continue the party!). The bar closes at 02:00 am - if anyone is still up! There will be some drinks left behind for anyone who is still thirsty :P
Late Night Food: Plov!
10:00 pm
You will not be going hungry! We have arranged for Plov to be prepared for all our guests - this will be cooked on site so watch if you wish!

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served for all our guests in the "Small Kitchen" at Liepupe. Please note that the breakfast is a serve yourself buffet menu, therefore, please be conscious of any food allergies you may have.
Embark bus to Riga
12:00 pm
Checkout of the venue is at 12:00, so the bus to return you has been arranged for this time.
