We’ve intentionally booked a beautiful 20-room mountain cabin with ensuite bathrooms for the wedding weekend. Our goal is to provide the comfort and convenience of a hotel while keeping everyone together under one roof so it feels more like a family vacation than just a wedding stay. Rooms will be thoughtfully assigned — no one will be roomed with strangers. Couples will have private rooms, and families will be placed together for comfort. The cabin features plenty of fun and relaxation, including a game room, indoor heated pool, hot tub, and private theater — perfect for cozy nights and quality time with family and friends. To help make this an all-inclusive experience, we kindly ask each guest to contribute $300 per person which will cover your lodging. We’re excited to cover the remaining cost of the cabin and provide all meals and an open bar throughout the four-day celebration. We wanted this weekend to feel stress-free and special, everything will be taken care of so you can simply relax, enjoy, and celebrate with us in the Smoky Mountains!
