What time should I arrive on Thursday?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 5–6 PM to settle in before the welcome dinner. Cabin will not be available until 5PM. More details will be shared closer to the date!

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! -Dinner and breakfast will always be provided throughout the weekend -Open bar, water, and soft drinks will be available daily -Saturday & Sunday lunches will be up to each guest, as people may split off to explore or relax. If you choose to stay at the cabin: There will be groceries and snacks available, but lunch will be self-serve

How will transportation to the ceremony work?

Answer

The ceremony will take place approximately 45 minutes from the cabin, set against the beautiful backdrop of the Smoky Mountains. We kindly encourage carpooling, as parking at the ceremony site is limited. There are six parking spaces available at the top of the hill and six additional spots at the bottom. The reception will be back at the cabin!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal / cocktail attire. -Suits, long dresses, or cocktail attire are all perfect -Feel free to dress up, but also be comfortable! -We encourage fall colors (rust, sage, burgundy, neutrals), but this is totally OPTIONAL, wear what makes you feel your best 💛 -We recommend bringing a jacket, shawl, or coat (The ceremony is outdoors)

Yes, it might be a bit chilly! In November, Pigeon Forge typically has: -Daytime temps: mid 50s–60s °F -Evening temps: 30s–40s °F We recommend bringing a jacket, shawl, or coat, especially for the evening

Will there be cell service / Wi-Fi?

Answer

Wi-Fi will be available at the cabin. Cell service in the mountains can be spotty depending on your carrier.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony, please put phones away and be present with us. You’ll get plenty of amazing photos afterward!

What should I know about staying in the cabin?

Answer

-You may be sharing common spaces such as the kitchen and living areas -Please be respectful of shared spaces and others’ schedules -Towels and basic essentials will be provided -Rooms will be assigned ahead of time to ensure everyone is comfortable -Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom for privacy, and there are additional shared bathrooms in common areas
