Green Ride Shuttles

SHUTTLES: 3 mini-shuttles will transport guests from the Embassy Suites to the venue. Shuttles will start loading at 2:45pm and will depart by 3:00pm. Shuttles will pickup guests in the back patio area of the Embassy Suites. Please note, there should be enough room for the majority of the guests, but space may be limited. Shuttles will be load on a first-come, first-served basis. *Due to COVID, capacity on the shuttles is limited to 16 guests (normally seats 25) and masks will be required when on board the shuttle. PARKING/RIDESHARE: Alternatively, guests can drive themselves (parking is free at the venue) or take Uber or Lyft. The venue is located ~10-15 minutes from downtown Boulder. Guests can leave their cars overnight at Wedgewood.
