Wedgewood has hosted over 50+ weddings since Boulder temporarily shutdown in March and has a number of policies in place to ensure ultimate guest safety: *For the ceremony, guests will be seated in pods by family / table *Tables for dinner will be spaced out 10 feet from each other *Masks are required when inside the venue (Bar, Dinner Line & Bathrooms) While all of the event will occur outside or in open-air enviornments, guests can obviously choose to wear their masks the entire time, if preferred!!
Yes, the entire event will take place outside and in an open air tent: *The Ceremony will be outside, located in the grassy lawn area above the creek. *Cocktail hour will take place on the outdoor patio. *Dinner, toasts and dancing will take place in the tent with open sidewalls. Heaters will be provided within the tent to keep guests warm.
If it snows, the venue has measures in place to maintain safe protocols while also allowing for the event to continue on: *The Ceremony would take place inside (masks would be required for all guests during the ceremony) *The Reception would still take place in the outdoor tent, however, 2 of the 4 tent sidewalls would be closed to maintain heat, while still allowing open air flow
Please RSVP by September 23rd. *Please note, due to the rescheduled date and time, we are asking ALL guests to re-submit your RSVP (sorry if you had already RSVP'd!)
