Brittany and Maggie met at Carthage College forever ago. Their paths crossed often due to sorority events and education classes. The friendship really bloomed after college and only strengthened over time to a sisterly bond. Brittany is now known as "Aunt B" to the two sweet boys that call Maggie "mom".

Jeff Loots

Jeff is Alan’s identical twin brother. Due to this unique relationship, they are there for one another no questions asked. Growing up, they never had to go through anything alone no matter what was happening to the other. Together they can accomplish any task. They have an unspoken way of communicating and knowing what the other is thinking or doing.

Holly Polacek

Maid of Honor

Brittany and Holly met at the Chicago Wolves hockey games when Holly was just a baby. Both families had season tickets near each other during the games. This started a friendship which has lasted over 25 years, turned into Disney vacations and girls sleepover nights and Holly becoming a little sister to Brittany.

Joshua Shepard

Best Man

Alan met Joshua while playing in a volleyball league. They hit it off immediately and discovered they both attended WVHS - though a few years apart. Their friendship grew after traveling to Puerto Rico together. Joshua and Alan have spent many late nights talking about life, philosophy, and the future.
