Transit

There are many options for transit around the city, so we recommend going car free for the weekend! 1) Uber/Lyft is regularly available 2) The "L" train - has several lines around the city. The Blue line will be very convenient for the weekend, and you can take it to/from the airport. 3) There are ride share bikes & e-bikes available at docking stations all around the city.

Flight

Airports

Chicago has 2 major airports, ORD (O'Hare) or MDW (Midway). Both are fine, but we usually fly in and out of ORD and take the Blue line train home.

If you're looking for a hotel experience, there a few options in the area: The Hyatt Place Chicago/Wicker Park, The Hotel at Midtown, and The Robey If you're looking for something more like a Bed & Breakfast, Longman and Eagle, Ray's Bucktown Bed & Breakfast, The Wicker Park Inn There are also plenty of AirBnB's in the neighborhood to book as a group.
