Easy Riders Bus

There will be a shuttle that will run to Early Mountain from the Omni Hotel Downtown Charlottesville. The bus will leave from Omni Hotel Downtown Charlottesville at 4:00. Easy Rider Bus company will pick up and drop off at the city bus stop on Water Street at the west side entrance of the Omni Hotel on the downtown mall. The Easy Riders Bus is a renovated school bus that is red and white. It will return to Omni Hotel Downtown Charlottesville from Early Mountain in two shifts, one departing at 9:00 and the other at 10:45.

This is the closest airport, however, look into flights in Richmond and Washington DC which are a short drive from Charlottesville.

We are HUGE fans of Airbnb!! Rachel's mom Airbnb's her house throughout the year, so if you are an out of town guest we encourage you to look into staying in an airbnb! You can either stay in Charlottesville, where we are from, or Madison, which is closer to our wedding venue!

Hotel

This hotel is about a 20-minute drive from our wedding venue. It is outside of Charlottesville, but has the convenience of being closer to the venue. There is a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn under the name Gaffney.
