Our guests are encouraged to use our wedding block for a discounted stay in Poughkeepsie. In order to book with the wedding block, there are the following options: 1. Call Hyatt Central Reservations 888-492-8847. When you call in, you will need to reference the hotel (Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie), dates, and the room block code ("G-BACA") in order to ensure that you get the discounted rate. 2. Using the website link provided below (by clicking on "View"). Once there, select the correct dates of your stay, click "Select & Book" on the type of room you would like to reserve, and follow the prompts through the reservation process. The link will ensure you get the discounted group block rate. 3. If you don't use the link, but head to the Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie website, you can manually enter the group code ("G-BACA") on the booking screen to receive the discount. To ensure you receive the discounted rate, and we have rooms for all of our cherished guests, please make your reservations no later than September 7, 2024.

Flight

Newark or Albany Airport

We are so grateful knowing we have friends and family that traveled far and wide to celebrate with us. Your willingness to make the journey to be with us on this special day means more to us than words can express. For our guests flying in, the venue is equidistant from both Newark and Albany airports. Both airports are approximately an hour and 30-45 minute drive from the venue/hotel.

Train

Poughkeepsie Train Station

Should you prefer or need to travel by train, the Poughkeepsie train station is reachable by Amtrak train and a 15-minute drive to the hotel or 5-minute drive to the venue.
